Pay
$28–$36/hour plus company vehicle. Performance bonuses tied to client retention and officer development.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct unannounced site checks across assigned client portfolio
- Verify officer attendance, appearance, and post-order compliance
- Serve as first escalation point for client concerns and officer issues
- Cover posts during officer callouts when no replacement is available
- Onboard new officers to assigned sites — walk-throughs, post order review, shadowing
- Review and approve Daily Activity Reports and incident reports
- Contribute to monthly client reports
- Identify officers ready for advancement
Requirements
- Current California BSIS Guard Card (required)
- 2+ years security experience, at least 1 in a lead or senior officer role
- Valid California driver license with clean record
- Strong written communication — you review and write reports
- Calm under pressure; experienced with client-facing escalations
- Available for on-call rotation
- Exposed Firearms Permit a plus but not required
Shifts and Schedule
Full-time. Variable schedule covering day, evening, and overnight site checks. On-call rotation shared among supervisors.
