Open Positions
- Security Officer (Unarmed) — Entry to mid-level. BSIS Guard Card required. Fremont, Oakland, San Jose, Hayward, San Leandro, Union City, Alameda, Palo Alto, Santa Clara, San Francisco.
- Armed Security Officer — BSIS Guard Card + Exposed Firearms Permit required. Higher pay tier. High-value commercial, cannabis, and executive protection assignments.
- Patrol Driver — BSIS Guard Card + clean California driving record. Marked vehicle patrol across multi-site routes. Overnight and weekend shifts available.
- Field Supervisor — 2+ years security experience. Oversees officer teams, conducts site checks, handles client escalations. Leadership track.

Requirements for All Positions
- 18+ years of age
- Current California BSIS Guard Card (or ability to obtain one — we can point you to the process)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Clean background check (BSIS conducts this as part of Guard Card issuance)
- Reliable transportation to assignment sites
- Professional appearance and communication
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Smartphone for shift check-in, patrol logging, and incident reporting

Don’t Have a Guard Card Yet?
California requires a BSIS Guard Card for all security officers. The process: complete an 8-hour Power to Arrest course from a BSIS-approved training provider, submit fingerprints (Live Scan), and apply through BSIS. Total cost is typically $100–$200 and takes 2–6 weeks.
